My 2-Week Menu
I haven’t posted my menu in a while so, I wanted to share my 2-week menu with you.
I run my kitchen as a business and follow a menu…I shop accordingly and definitely do not leave my house without my list and coupons.
Since my kiddos are home schooled they are home all the time, so I must always have healthy snacks and meals available for them.
Below is my menu for dinners:
Week 1
Monday – Grouper strips with home made fries
Tuesday – Zesty broiled chicken with roasted red potatoes
My 2 Week Menu
Another year is here, and I have my menu listed for the next 2 weeks.
Although it took over 3 hours to clip coupons, organize my coupon book and determine my grocery list..my menu is finally done!!
I’m very excited because we are a cooking family and the kids love to be involved in the menu planning. So, without further ado here is my 2 week menu:
Week 1
Monday – Big Basil Burgers w/baked beans and salad
Tuesday – Shrimp Gumbo w/white rice
Wednesday – Twice Baked Chicken w/red roasted potatoes and salad

It’s that time again, Menu Monday. My menu Monday comes every 2 weeks so here’s my menu.

My 2 Week Menu
Wow, unbelievable how fast 2 weeks can go by! I have had lots of requests for my menu so I am posting it again here. If you would like a particular recipe or a picture, just leave a comment below and I will be sure to post it here. I only plan my dinners for the 2 week period. I do however have lots of lunch items available for the family since we home school and have our children home all the time.
