413730627_c0437d0530_mDo you have a mission? If so, can you proudly repeat it to anyone that asked?  That is what I was faced with today.  I was asked what my mission was.  I can proudly say that I have several missions but at the present time I have 2 distinct missions.

Some of you may know me from other social networks and know that one of my passions is health.  Yes, but so much more than just health and wellness.  My mission is to help guide individuals into making wise decisions not only about their health but the health of their loved ones.

I Feel Blessed

This has been an amazing start to 2009!

I feel very blessed to have a wonderful, loving and supportive husband as well as 5 beautiful children.

I have many goals for this New Year..and so far all is going as planned.

I am surrounded by some wonderful and powerful mentors that are making life complete.  My momma always told me to surround myself with ‘great’ people and the Lord has blessed me with some absolutely wonderful people.

I have been praying long and hard for some direction in my life and the Lord has been directing me for quite some time.  I have finally removed the blinders and can ’see’ the path He is directing towards.

I Can Do It!

start-by-renewing-your-healthYay!! It is a beginning of a New Year and we are bombarded with the weight loss and exercise commercials.  Not to mention the abundance of infomercials with the latest and greatest exercise equipment or exercise routine.

Amazing to see all these commercials and watch people rushing to the stores and purchasing exercise equipment because they have decided that this year, they will lose weight or get back in shape.

I have to giggle, because within a 30 days many of those same people will sell their exercise equipment at a yard sale or online.  Which is why I don’t make resolutions!
