My 2 Week Menu

Hi Everyone!!  Since the remodel of my site, I noticed that I haven’t posted my 2 week menu in quite some time.  So sorry about that mishap.  Below I am posting my 2-week menu and will share recipes if you’d like as well.

Week 1

Monday – Lentil w/veggies soup and white rice

Tuesday – Corny Chicken Wraps

Wednesday – Take Out Night {temporarily changed from Thursdays for 6 weeks}

Thursday – Sweet & Spicy Tilapia w/Edamame Succotash

Friday – Spicy Corn and Crab Chowder w/corn muffins

Saturday – Burgers and slaw and fresh fruit

Sunday – Vegetarian Shepherd’s Pie w/salad

Week 2

Monday – Chicken Rice Casserole

Tuesday – Caesar Salad w/ garlic twists

Wednesday – Take Out Night

Thursday – Spaghetti and meatballs

Friday – Tacos and corn salad

Saturday – Homemade Pizza

Sunday – Spinach Lasagna Rolls w/ salad

Let me  know if you’d like any of the recipes from the meals listed above.

Note – some of the above meals are also made vegetarian style since both my older son and I are vegetarians

where are the recipes on your site? I’d love to see your recipe for lentil soup and chicken/rice casserole.
