My 2-Week Menu

I realize I may be late in posting this but I promise to be more consistent.  If there are any recipes you would like me to share, let me know; will post with pictures too.

We usually can go more than 2 weeks because I purchase extra food items when on sale.  Love having extra ground beef for meatballs, meatloaf, tacos, burritos, burgers, and pasta dishes.  I also like to separate and cook ahead of time if will fit my recipe, saves lots of time.

Here’s my menu for 2 weeks:

Week 1

Monday – Tacos or Quesadillas

Tuesday – Blue Cheese, Spinach Chicken Rolls w/wild rice and biscuits

Wednesday – Sloppy Joe’s w/corn on the cob

Thursday – Take-out Thursday’s

Friday – Peasant Pasta w/garlic bread and salad

Saturday – Homemade Pizza

Sunday – Burgers, coleslaw and baked beans

Week 2

Monday – Individual Meatloaves with Cheesy Cauliflower and biscuits

Tuesday – Baked Whole Chicken, roasted red potatoes and veggies

Wednesday – 5 Cheese Macaroni , baked pork chops and green beans

Thursday – Take-out Thursdays

Friday – Spinach Lasagna Rolls w/garlic toast and salad

Saturday – Beef Stew w/herbed egg noodles and corn muffins

Sunday – Chicken and Spinach Rissoto with salad
