I haven’t posted my menu in a while so, I wanted to share my 2-week menu with you.
I run my kitchen as a business and follow a menu…I shop accordingly and definitely do not leave my house without my list and coupons.
Since my kiddos are home schooled they are home all the time, so I must always have healthy snacks and meals available for them.
Below is my menu for dinners:
Week 1
Monday – Grouper strips with home made fries
Tuesday – Zesty broiled chicken with roasted red potatoes
Wednesday – Homemade Pizza
Thursday – Take-out Night
Friday – Picadillo w/ white rice
Saturday – Burgers, potato salad, corn on cob
Sunday – Chicken Parmesan w/pasta and garlic bread sticks
Week 2
Monday – Vegetable Shephard’s Pie w/biscuits
Tuesday – Tomato Chicken Italiano w/Egg Noodles
Wednesday – Tamale Bean Pie w/salad
Thursday – Take-out Night
Friday – Spaghetti Casserole w/salad
Saturday – Spanish rice w/black beans and Spanish-style Pork
Sunday – Chicken Tacos
