Sucrets Ice – A Review

I  know what you’re thinking Sucrets, ‘I’ve tried those little lozenges..so why is this different?’  How do I know you’re thinking those very words, well, because I thought the same words.

I remember taking the Sucrets lozenges whenever I had a sore throat and they truly worked, but my goal was to get something that my kids would take.  We usually don’t have many medical products in our home.  My kiddos are not used to taking medications, so I was very excited to try this new product by Sucrets.

Sucrets Ice is not only for children but adults will enjoy them as well.

Sucrets Ice are actual ice pops that your children will enjoy.  They won’t complain about taking medicine, because these are different and fun.  The medicated ice pop tastes great and soothes irritated throats.   I put these ice pops to the test with my children and myself.  When I received the Sucrets Ice, I too was suffering with an irritated throat.  I had tried the tea and honey route but was still not healing.

I tried the Sucrets Ice and was pleasantly surprised.  The ice pop tasted great and it did help with my sore throat.  The Sucrets Ice contains menthol as well as Echinacea and Zinc.  This product must be placed in the freezer for at least an hour before administering.

Sucrets Ice comes in two flavors, Grape and Pomegranate.  My children and I tried both flavors and enjoyed them both.

Caution – this product like any other is not a candy or treat.  If sore throat persists after 2 days and becomes more irritated along with fever, please consult your family physician.  If you are pregnant or breast-feeding please consult with physician first.  If you have a child under the age of 3, please consult with your physician first.

I was very pleased with this product.  It helped with the minor irritated and sore throat.  My little guy actually liked it and when he heard me coughing said to me -’Mommy, have you tried the ice pops for your throat?’  Amazing.
