Yummy Peanut Butter Balls

My children love peanut butter balls.  They also love to cook and experiment in the kitchen.  This recipe is easy enough that they can do it on their own.

Below is the recipe, quick and easy to make as well as a video to show my children making them too.

Yummy Peanut Butter Balls

1 7-oz container of Puffed Marshmallow Cream

2 cups of creamy peanut butter (can also use crunchy kind)

1 cup of chocolate chips

Sugar

Mix well and form into balls.  Once the balls are formed roll them in sugar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.  Then eat and enjoy!

Here’s the video showing my children making Yummy Peanut Butter Balls..

Oooooooh – I don’t think this would make it into ball form! It would go straight from bowl to mouth! ;-D

  3. Nancy M. says:

Yum. I’ll be making these this weekend. I’m thinking of rolling them in coloful crystal sugar or mini-chocolate chips.
