Elmer’s All New Science Kits Reviews
Reviews / Giveaways — By Dr. Mommy on October 23, 2009 at 7:11 pmWhen I was approached to do a review for Elmer’s Science kits the answer was a roaring – ‘Cool, my kids love crafts and experiments!!’
We were very excited when the kits arrived and of course the kids were excited to get started. The kits we received were:
‘Mythbusters’ Weird World of Water Kit
This was perfect for us, since we home school and love dispelling myths!
There are several myth buster kits but the one we received was one where the children could create and launch their own water-powered rocket!
This kit came with everything that was required to perform the experiment. The only things needed were household items such as scissors and water.
The age range for this kit is 8years and up and can be found in shops like Toys R Us, Target and Walmart.
The suggested price is $19.99 and a great gift for the curious children in your life.
‘Scientific Explorer’ Magnificent Manicure Kit
This kit was perfect for my girls. This kit came with everything needed to turn your house into a nail spa for the day!
The girls gave each other manicures and pedicures and made scented lotion that can keep for over a month.
The loved creating the lotions and the crystal mud and the best part was the manicure.
My house was definitely turned into a spa with this kit and kept the girls entertained for hours. This is a perfect gift for any little girl age 8 and up.
Perfect for sleep overs or for a ‘day at the spa’ feel. This kit is available at Toys R Us with the suggested price of $19.99.
We were very pleased with both kits. We also knew that with a company like Elmer’s we wouldn’t be disappointed.
