Grilled Salmon and Cucumber, Tomato Salad

With the summer heat upon us, I will be sharing delicious, yet quick meals to serve to your family in 20 minutes or less.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of non-fat yogurt
1 tbsp of white wine vinegar
2 Seedless cucumbers, thinly sliced on the diagonal
2-3 Vine-ripened tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
Kosher salt and black pepper
Old Bay Seasonings
4 small salmon steaks
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, vinegar and 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper. Add the cucumbers and tomatoes and toss to combine.
Heat grill to medium-high. Season salmon with 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper and sprinkle some Old Bay Seasoning on each salmon steak.
Grill until opaque throughout, 5 to 6 minutes per side. Serve with salad and enjoy!
