Although it took over 3 hours to clip coupons, organize my coupon book and determine my grocery list..my menu is finally done!!
I’m very excited because we are a cooking family and the kids love to be involved in the menu planning. So, without further ado here is my 2 week menu:
Week 1
Monday – Big Basil Burgers w/baked beans and salad
Tuesday – Shrimp Gumbo w/white rice
Wednesday – Twice Baked Chicken w/red roasted potatoes and salad
Thursday – Take Out
Friday – Taco Salad
Saturday – Home-made Pizza and salad
Sunday – Chili topped Baked Potatoes

Week 2
Monday – Sweet Spiced Orange Chicken Thighs w/sautee’d vegetables
Tuesday – Meatballs a la Jordan w/angel hair pasta w/garlic rolls
Wednesday – Spanish Picadillo w/rice
Thursday – Take-out Night
Friday – Mexican Crock Pot Chicken w/warm tortillas and corn salsa
Saturday – Pasta salad w/white beans
Sunday – Lemon Salmon w/mashed potatoes and veggies
